Operate · Convert · Grow

Choose what fixes local visibility next.

Three packages. Start at the response gap.

Convert is the default when consultation calls are being missed. Operate fixes the digital front door. Grow adds qualified local reach after the path works.

Quick comparison

Same operating path. Different scope.

Monthly management fees do not include client media spend. Add-ons stay modular and do not create another package tier.

Grow media terms

Management fee and media spend are separate.

The client pays the first $3,000/month of ad spend directly as media. On spend above $3,000/month, Digital for Doctors charges 15% of the amount above that threshold. Media is not included inside the Grow management fee.

Proof first

Grow is for practices that have a working response and booking path and want to expand qualified local reach.

Upgrade cleanly

When moving up a package, pay only the setup difference rather than paying a full second implementation fee.

Exit cleanly

No hostage files. Practice-owned assets stay organized for an orderly handoff if the engagement ends.

Questions practices ask

Clear boundaries before you decide.

Why is Convert featured?

It directly addresses missed consultation calls, after-hours coverage, approved booking, and human routing—the response gap many owner-led practices can see immediately.

Can I buy an add-on without changing packages?

Yes. Add-ons are modular and can be purchased alone or alongside any package.

Does Convert provide clinical advice?

No. It is an administrative consultation line only. Diagnosis, triage, treatment, and emergency care remain outside scope.

What happens if we upgrade later?

You pay only the setup difference between the current package and the next package.

How to choose

Choose the package by the bottleneck—not by how many features you can buy.

The three packages are intentionally sequential. Operate runs the digital front door. Convert adds inbound consultation response and approved booking. Grow adds managed paid reach after the response path works. The right package is the one that addresses the constraint currently losing consultation opportunities.

If people cannot reliably find or understand the practice online, more phone capacity alone will not solve the problem. If consultation inquiries already arrive but calls are missed, answered late, or fail to reach the calendar, more traffic can amplify the same loss. If the practice can already get found, answer, and book with consistency, Grow can expand qualified local reach with a measurable baseline underneath it.

Operate · $1,089/month

For practices that need a reliable website, local visibility, patient education, inquiry capture, booking pathways, and reporting managed as one digital front door. Setup: $1,695.

Convert · $1,689/month

The featured package for practices with a visible response gap. Includes Operate plus inbound consultation receptionist coverage, 1,000 minutes/month, after-hours coverage, approved consultation booking, and human routing. Setup: $2,695.

Grow · $2,689/month

For practices ready to expand qualified local reach after the path works. Includes Convert plus ads management. The client pays media separately; the first $3,000/month in ad spend is client media, and spend above $3,000 carries a 15% management charge. Setup: $3,695.

Commercial rules

Simple upgrade math and clean ownership are part of the offer.

An upgrade does not restart the implementation. The practice pays only the setup difference between packages. That keeps the commercial model aligned with the operating model: extend what already works instead of rebuilding the same foundation repeatedly.

Files and practice-owned assets are not held hostage. The objective is a clean operating relationship with clear scope, clear package boundaries, and an orderly handoff if the practice leaves. Add-ons can be purchased with any package or on their own when the capability is genuinely modular.

Grow media is also separated deliberately. The monthly management fee is not presented as ad spend. The practice funds media directly. This makes performance conversations clearer because management cost and media cost are not blended into one opaque number.

  • Upgrade by paying only the setup difference.
  • Client media is separate from the Grow management fee.
  • Add-ons do not create a fourth package.
  • No online checkout is attempted until the Digital for Doctors checkout is live.
Decision guide

A practical way to decide in ten minutes.

Ask three questions. First: can a prospective patient find the practice and understand the relevant consultation path? Second: when that person calls or reaches out, is the inquiry answered promptly and appropriately, including after hours? Third: if the inquiry fits, can the administrative conversation reach an approved consultation on the calendar without avoidable friction?

If the first answer is no, review Operate. If the first is mostly yes but the second or third is no, review Convert. If all three are working and the practice wants to expand local demand, review Grow. Then use specialty context to refine the scope, because an implant practice, med spa, plastic surgery practice, dermatology practice, orthodontic practice, and small multi-doctor clinic do not share the same research cycle or consultation behavior.
