Investment
$849/month
$2,195 setup
Defined scope

A focused service with clear boundaries.

Add-ons do not force a package change and do not create a hidden bundle.

Included

  • Added location page and local visibility setup
  • Location-specific call and inquiry routing
  • Practice-calendar mapping
  • Location-level reporting

How it fits

Use it alone or alongside the package that matches the practice’s current bottleneck. Keep the scope measurable and practice-owned.

Boundary

Clinical decisions remain with qualified practice staff. Administrative workflows use practice-approved scope and routing.

Scope in plain language

Extend the operating model to another location without pretending every office is identical.

Each additional location needs accurate practice information, local visibility, provider and service context, booking rules, routing, and reporting. The add-on applies the Digital for Doctors operating model to one added location while preserving the differences that matter operationally.

The goal is consistency where consistency helps and local specificity where it is required. A location page should describe a real office, real services, and real availability. Routing should reflect who actually works there. Marketing should not advertise consultation capacity an office cannot support.

Read the related operating guidance at this page, or compare the full add-on library. Add-ons remain modular and can be purchased with any core package or independently when the capability makes sense on its own.

  • Define the problem before adding the capability.
  • Keep practice-owned data, files, and approvals organized.
  • Use clear human-routing and exception rules.
  • Measure whether the add-on improves the intended operating step.
How it fits the three-package ladder

An add-on changes capability, not the core package architecture.

Operate, Convert, and Grow remain the only three packages. An add-on does not create a hidden tier and should not be positioned as a workaround for a package whose core scope the practice actually needs. If the response gap is the problem, review Convert. If paid reach is the next constraint after the path works, review Grow.

Commercially, the add-on keeps its own monthly or per-release price and setup fee. If the practice later upgrades a core package, the setup-difference rule still applies to the core package change.

Add locations without fragmenting the operating standard

Multi-Location extends the same visibility, routing, and booking logic to each additional location.

A second or third location creates more than another address. Each location may have different providers, hours, services, calendars, local search signals, phone routing, and operational constraints. The add-on provides a structured way to extend the Digital for Doctors system to an added location while preserving a consistent brand and a clear local destination for prospective patients.

Local pages should contain location-specific facts that are actually useful: address and service area, hours, provider availability, relevant services, consultation instructions, and links to the appropriate booking path. Copying one generic location page across many cities creates a weak patient experience and makes it harder to understand which information is authoritative.

Routing matters just as much as discovery. A prospective patient who finds the correct location should not be bounced through a generic central path that cannot tell them which provider, service, or calendar applies. The operating goal is one standard with explicit location rules, not one giant queue.

Local visibility

Create a verifiable destination for each added location with accurate business details and relevant service information.

Location-aware routing

Keep provider, specialty, hours, consultation type, and calendar rules attached to the correct location.

Governance

Use shared naming, content, measurement, approvals, and ownership standards so expansion does not create six different operating systems.
