Add receptionist capacity without turning the line into clinical care.

Additional Receptionist Capacity

Add administrative receptionist capacity for additional consultation-call volume, approved call flows, or added coverage. Capacity is modular; it is not a lower-cost substitute for Convert.

Defined scope

A focused service with clear boundaries.

Add-ons do not force a package change and do not create a hidden bundle.

Included

  • Additional inbound consultation-call capacity
  • Approved administrative scripts and routing
  • Added after-hours coverage where configured
  • Practice-calendar booking for approved consultation types

How it fits

Use it alone or alongside the package that matches the practice’s current bottleneck. Keep the scope measurable and practice-owned.

Boundary

This adds receptionist capacity only. It does not include the complete Convert operating path.

Scope in plain language

Add administrative capacity without turning an add-on into a discounted Convert package.

This add-on is for a practice that already has the core operating path and needs more inbound receptionist capacity. It is not a shortcut around Convert. The practice still needs clear consultation types, booking rules, escalation paths, and ownership of clinical questions. Additional capacity simply extends the administrative handling layer when call volume or location complexity justifies it.

The receptionist remains administrative. It can work within practice-approved information and booking rules, but it does not diagnose, triage, recommend treatment, or provide emergency care. Clinical and unusual questions route to people; emergencies follow the practice’s approved instruction and 911.

Read the related operating guidance at this page, or compare the full add-on library. Add-ons remain modular and can be purchased with any core package or independently when the capability makes sense on its own.

  • Define the problem before adding the capability.
  • Keep practice-owned data, files, and approvals organized.
  • Use clear human-routing and exception rules.
  • Measure whether the add-on improves the intended operating step.
How it fits the three-package ladder

An add-on changes capability, not the core package architecture.

Operate, Convert, and Grow remain the only three packages. An add-on does not create a hidden tier and should not be positioned as a workaround for a package whose core scope the practice actually needs. If the response gap is the problem, review Convert. If paid reach is the next constraint after the path works, review Grow.

Commercially, the add-on keeps its own monthly or per-release price and setup fee. If the practice later upgrades a core package, the setup-difference rule still applies to the core package change.

When the included capacity is genuinely not enough

Additional Receptionist Capacity adds volume without changing the role of the receptionist.

Convert already includes an inbound consultation receptionist and 1,000 minutes per month. This add-on is for a practice that has validated the response path and needs more administrative call capacity because real inquiry volume exceeds the included minutes. It is not positioned as a lower-cost substitute for Convert, because the add-on does not replace the Operate foundation, package management, or the full response-and-booking system.

The additional capacity follows the same approved boundaries as the core receptionist service. It can handle routine administrative consultation questions, after-hours coverage, approved consultation booking, and defined routing. It does not diagnose, triage, recommend treatment, or provide emergency care. Clinical questions and unusual situations still move to qualified practice staff.

Before adding capacity, review where the minutes are being used. A practice may need more coverage because it has multiple providers, multiple locations, heavier campaign volume, or longer administrative conversations. The purpose is to add enough capacity to protect the booking path while keeping the operating rules consistent.

Best fit

Convert or Grow practices that consistently exceed the included receptionist minutes and can show the additional volume is useful.

Not a shortcut

It does not create a second package or a cheaper version of Convert. The core package remains the operating foundation.

Measure first

Review call volume, answered inquiries, booking outcomes, routing, and peak periods before deciding how much extra capacity is necessary.
