Defined scope

A focused service with clear boundaries.

Add-ons do not force a package change and do not create a hidden bundle.

Included

  • Audience and suppression-rule setup
  • Practice-approved recall messaging
  • Administrative outreach cadence
  • Booking and response reporting

How it fits

Use it alone or alongside the package that matches the practice’s current bottleneck. Keep the scope measurable and practice-owned.

Boundary

Clinical decisions remain with qualified practice staff. Administrative workflows use practice-approved scope and routing.

Scope in plain language

Reconnect with appropriate existing patients using practice-approved, consent-aware outreach.

Reactivation & Recall is designed for an existing patient base, not cold prospecting disguised as patient communication. The practice defines the eligible audience, outreach reason, channel permissions, exclusions, and handoff rules. The campaign can remind, re-engage, or invite an administrative next step without making clinical claims or assuming treatment need.

Good reactivation is specific and respectful. It should make it easy to stop messages, route questions to staff, and distinguish a routine scheduling invitation from clinical advice. The practice remains responsible for the appropriateness of the audience and the approved communication policy.

Read the related operating guidance at this page, or compare the full add-on library. Add-ons remain modular and can be purchased with any core package or independently when the capability makes sense on its own.

  • Define the problem before adding the capability.
  • Keep practice-owned data, files, and approvals organized.
  • Use clear human-routing and exception rules.
  • Measure whether the add-on improves the intended operating step.
How it fits the three-package ladder

An add-on changes capability, not the core package architecture.

Operate, Convert, and Grow remain the only three packages. An add-on does not create a hidden tier and should not be positioned as a workaround for a package whose core scope the practice actually needs. If the response gap is the problem, review Convert. If paid reach is the next constraint after the path works, review Grow.

Commercially, the add-on keeps its own monthly or per-release price and setup fee. If the practice later upgrades a core package, the setup-difference rule still applies to the core package change.

Reconnect with appropriate existing patients

Reactivation & Recall is a consent-aware administrative follow-up capability, not a blanket blast.

Many practices have legitimate reasons to reconnect with existing patients: an overdue follow-up, an approved recall cadence, an unfinished administrative next step, or a practice-approved opportunity to resume a conversation. The value comes from organizing those workflows carefully rather than sending generic promotional messages to everyone in the database.

The practice determines the audience, reason for contact, communication channel, timing, exclusions, and escalation rules. Messaging should stay administrative and appropriate to the relationship. Clinical advice, treatment recommendations, or individualized medical guidance belong with qualified clinical staff, not an automated recall sequence.

The operating test is straightforward: can the practice identify an appropriate segment, send a relevant message, handle replies, route questions, and measure completed scheduling or staff follow-up without creating confusion? If yes, a structured recall workflow can recover administrative opportunities that would otherwise remain dormant.

Segment carefully

Use practice-approved criteria and exclusions instead of treating the entire patient list as one marketing audience.

Make the next step clear

Give recipients an appropriate administrative action such as contacting the practice, requesting a scheduling conversation, or updating preferences.

Respect routing

Move clinical questions, sensitive circumstances, and exceptions to qualified staff rather than forcing them through a fixed script.
