Start with the bottleneck

Bring us the visibility gap and leave with a clearer next step.

Tell us where the consultation path is breaking.

We will use the practice, specialty, locations, package interest, and current bottleneck to frame the smallest sensible next step.

Submission status

No fake success state.

Public form submission is not active yet. Until a server-confirmed endpoint is configured, the form will keep your inputs on screen and tell you truthfully that nothing was sent.

Plan intent stays intact

Plan buttons arrive with Operate, Convert, or Grow preselected.

Add-on intent stays intact

Add-on buttons carry the selected add-on into this form as hidden conversation context.

Prepare for the conversation

The most useful strategy conversation starts with the current path, not a wish list.

Bring a simple picture of how a prospective patient currently finds the practice, what happens when they call or submit an inquiry, who responds after hours, how approved consultation types are booked, and where the team believes opportunities are being lost. That is enough to identify whether the bottleneck is primarily visibility, response, booking, or scale.

You do not need to provide patient names, health information, clinical details, or medical records. The form is intentionally limited to business and operating context: your name, practice name, work email, phone, specialty, number of locations, package of interest, and the bottleneck you want to solve.

If you arrive with a package in mind, the form preserves that intent. If you arrive from one of the six specialty funnels, it also preserves the specialty and campaign source. Until the Digital for Doctors public lead endpoint and checkout are live, the page will not pretend a form or payment succeeded. A server confirmation is required before any success state is shown.

  • Operate: run the digital front door.
  • Convert: answer and book consultation inquiries.
  • Grow: expand qualified local reach after the path works.
  • Add-ons: add one focused capability without changing the three-package ladder.
What we will help you decide

A smaller, clearer starting point is usually better than an oversized implementation.

The objective of the conversation is to determine the smallest sensible next step. For some practices, that may be rebuilding the digital front door and local visibility around one priority consultation type. For others, the website and local presence are already adequate but the practice misses calls, responds too slowly, or lacks after-hours coverage; Convert is designed for that response gap. Grow belongs later, when the path is working well enough to justify adding paid reach.

We will also look at specialty-specific behavior. Implant and cosmetic dentistry prospects may compare financing context and proof before calling. Med spa prospects often research treatments outside office hours. Plastic surgery patients may spend weeks or months comparing experience and education. Dermatology can require clearer separation between elective inquiry handling and clinical questions. Orthodontic decisions often involve parent and adult comparison behavior. Small multi-doctor clinics need routing consistency across providers, locations, and approved consultation types.

The conversation does not require a commitment. Its job is to make the bottleneck and next step understandable.

What to bring to the strategy conversation

A useful first conversation starts with the operating facts, not a generic marketing wish list.

Come with the simplest version of the problem. Where do prospective patients currently find the practice? Which services or consultation types matter most? What happens when someone calls after hours? Who owns web-form follow-up? Which calendars can be booked administratively? Which questions require a human team member? If the practice has multiple providers or locations, where does routing become inconsistent?

Those answers help identify whether the first step is Operate, Convert, Grow, or one modular add-on. A practice with weak local visibility but reliable response may start with Operate. A practice with strong demand and missed consultation calls is usually better aligned with Convert. Grow is for a practice that can already answer and book consistently and is ready to expand qualified local reach.

Do not include patient names, health information, clinical details, or medical records in this form. The form is for business and administrative context only. Online submission remains disabled until the configured server endpoint confirms it is live; if submission cannot be confirmed, the page tells you that nothing was sent rather than displaying a false success state.

Useful context

Practice name, specialty, number of locations, package of interest, and the single biggest visibility/response/booking bottleneck.

Leave out

Patient identities, symptoms, diagnoses, treatment history, medical records, or any other clinical information.

Next decision

Choose the smallest package or add-on that directly addresses the bottleneck, then define what evidence would justify the next step.
